FruitsBro is a trading name of Thameelay Market LLC, a single-member LLC registered in Indiana, USA. The postal address below is also where we pack and ship your fruit from.

What to include

If you are writing about an order, send your order number — it is in your confirmation email and it saves us both a round trip.

If a box arrived in a state you would not have paid for, add photographs of the fruit and of the box it came in, and tell us within 2 business days. Our refund and freshness policy explains exactly what we need and how a claim is settled — you will not be asked to send fruit back.

When you will hear back

We answer email during US business hours and aim to reply within one business day. Freshness claims jump the queue, because a delay there costs you fruit.

We do not run a phone line. Email reaches the same person faster, and it leaves us both a record of what was agreed.
