Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Thameelay Market LLC, trading as FruitsBro. “We” and “us” mean that entity; “you” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Orders

A listing on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract forms when we confirm that your order has been accepted and packed. We may decline an order — for example where fruit is no longer available at the quality we sell, where an address falls outside a region we can ship perishables to, or where a listing carried a manifest pricing error.

If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.

Pricing and packs

Prices are shown in US dollars and are for a single pack of the size selected. Quantity means the number of packs. Prices exclude shipping and any applicable tax unless the checkout says otherwise.

Pack sizes are sold by weight or count as stated on each product page. Because fruit is a natural product, individual fruit sizes vary within a pack; the stated weight or count is what we guarantee, not the dimensions of any single fruit.

We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Fruit is a natural product

Taste profiles, ripeness guides, flavour meters and preparation notes on this site are guidance drawn from typical fruit of that variety. They are honest descriptions, not warranties about a specific piece of fruit. Seasonal availability shifts without notice.

Allergies are your responsibility to manage. If you are unsure whether a fruit is safe for you, check with a medical professional before ordering. We do not make health, nutritional or medical claims about any product we sell.

Using this site

You may browse, buy and share links freely. You may not scrape the site, resell our content, misrepresent yourself as us, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or other people’s use of it.

The site’s text, layout, photography and branding belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. Customer reviews and the photographs and videos within them remain the property of the customers who created them, and are shown here with their permission.

Accounts and communications

If you create an account, keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. We will send you the transactional messages an order requires. Marketing email is opt-in and you can withdraw at any time without affecting an order in progress.

Liability

We are responsible for getting you the fruit you paid for, in good condition, and for putting it right when we do not — see our refund and freshness policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be dated on this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Indiana, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
