Who controls your data

Thameelay Market LLC, trading as FruitsBro, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact details are at the foot of this page.

What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, what you bought. We need these to fulfil the contract you entered into.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on our systems and we never see them in full.
• Support correspondence — what you send us when you raise a claim, including any photographs of a damaged box.
• Site usage — pages viewed and basic device information, used to keep the site working and to understand what people are looking for.
• Marketing preferences — only if you opt in.

Your cart is held in your own browser’s storage on your device. It is not an account and we do not read it from our side.

Why we are allowed to use it

Order and payment data: to perform our contract with you. Fraud prevention, site security and service improvement: our legitimate interest in running a business that works. Tax and accounting records: a legal obligation. Marketing email: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use service providers to run the store, take payment, ship boxes and send email. Each one may access only the data needed for its job, and only on our instructions.

• Shopify — checkout, payment processing, orders and shipping labels
• Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS
• USPS and FedEx — delivery of your order
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measuring which of our adverts bring people to the shop, and showing our adverts to people who have visited it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses storage on your device to remember your cart and your motion and playback preferences. Where we run analytics or advertising measurement, those are named in the processor list above; if you are somewhere that requires consent for them, we ask before they load.

We honour your browser’s reduced-motion and data-saver settings without you having to tell us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept while a claim is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator, and we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Reviews

Customer reviews on this site, including photographs and video, were supplied by customers who agreed to their being published. If you are a reviewer and want yours removed, email us and we will take it down.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page, and tell you directly where the change is material.
